Perfactory® DDSP and Mini DDSP

EnvisionTEC’s Perfactory® Desktop DSP and Mini Desktop Digital Shell 3D Printer (DDSP) is a low cost, easy maintenance and user friendly decentralized rapid manufacturing system for hearing aid applications.
Using state-of-the-art Digital Light Processing (DLP®) from Texas Instruments®, the DDSP System can produce up to 13-15 ear shells or ear molds in 2-3 hours per batch of production cycle.
The DDSP System can use a variety of biocompatible 3D printer materials from transparent to opaque and skin colors.
