3D Printing Technologies which we use:

  • Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM): An additive manufacturing technology that creates 3D prototypes by heating and extruding thermoplastic filament. This technology is commonly used for modeling, prototyping and production applications.
  • Digital Light Projector (DLP): Creating objects using 3D printer that uses a digital light projector for curing photo-reactive polymers.
  • Laser-based Stereolithography (SLA): Technology that uses light to turn liquid resin into a solid subject, one layer at a time.
  • Selective Layer Sintering (SLS): Technique that uses laser as a power source to sinter the material. The laser automatically focuses at points defined by 3D model, thereafter, binding the material altogether to create a solid structure.
  • Polyjet 3D Printing: A rapid prototyping process that uses additive manufacturing. The polyjet printer jets drops of photopolymer in ultra-thin layers onto a build tray layer by layer until the part is completed. The printer uses removable gel-like support material for complex geometries.
