Job Description :


Subscription Sales Manager is responsible for sustaining and growing the relations with existing customer’s which will translate to a growth in revenue for the territory assigned. The Subscription Sales Manager needs to understand the business process of the existing customers, their requirements and work with sales, marketing and technical departments to deliver the customers requirement thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.


  • Develop Subscription business and building relations with the customers through
    • Regular contact via email and phone
    • Visiting all the customers in a quarter
  • Gather the information of company’s developments i.e. - existing and new staff, new investment, and other developments and introduce our multi product.
  • Document the information of every visit into a database software.
  • Support the Marketing department in conducting events by gathering existing customers.
  • Conduct events or webinars based on visits and understanding the need of specific industry, in coordination with technical team and other departments.
  • Supporting the Sales Dept. as and when lead comes during the visit. If a lead comes for new sales, then it has to be forwarded it to sales dept.
Desired Skills :


  • Diploma Engineering(preferably in Mechanical field) OR BBA/ MBA with required experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in after sales support, and handling and developing customer relationships.


  • Good Analytical, Communication & Presentation skills.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Word and basic database knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel on short / long periods is a must; mostly in the assigned territory.
